Her Story In order to truly understand their customers, Tesco recently embarked on a research project that tracked a diverse set of families and segments through their out of store lives to gain a more holistic understanding of their cultural and personal drivers.
A wide variety of research methods were used including at home ethnography, in-store tracking, interviews and more to create a multi-tiered systematic. Insights from this research study are being used to develop new products, create more relevant in-store communications and more.
