The importance of emotions in building strong relationships between brands and consumers cannot be under estimated.
Defining emotion and measuring consumer emotions towards brands is more difficult.
The webinar will help you to understand why emotions are central to building strong relationships - between consumers and brands, citizens and government, employees and employers…It will offer a short overview of the insights that neuroscience is providing into emotions (what are they and how they are manifested) and provide criteria that can be used for evaluating the suitability of different market research methodologies in helping to measure emotions effectively.
It is hoped that the webinar will help listeners make better decisions about which methodologies to use when they are planning research and the focus will be on practical tips and advice for getting the most out of your research budgets, whatever their size.
The webinar will be a taste of the longer ESOMAR Summer Academy including the Measuring Emotions workshop being held from 6 – 10 June in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
