Designing and executing successful OST workshops in organisations and conferences
About the training: This highly sought after training workshop will be conducted by two highly renowned OST facilitators from the European School of Facilitation.
The training workshop will provide you with the essential skills to design and executive successful open space technology workshops.
What is Open Space Technology? Open Space Technology (OST) is a qualitative, participatory methodology used to enable a large and diverse group of people to explore complicated issues in a limited time by presenting participants with central themes.
Organic and self-organising, the participants set a detailed agenda and subsequently facilitate qualitative discussion at impromptu workshops.
The OST methodology has been widely used by workshop facilitators and conference organisers for solving complicated issues.
