The evolution of years of qualitative research experience is now available to market researchers all over the world
Saskatoon, SK, December 21, 2007: After over a year of intensive development and fine-tuning, Lidlow Worldwide Inc. has released Delve!T; its much anticipated next generation online qualitative platform.
Developed by former Itracks Qualitative teams Jamie Headrick and Jeff Jebson, Delve!T brings many of the tools market researchers currently use in traditional discussion groups to online qualitative. Including international research capabilities and an exceptional service guarantee, Delve!T totes an impressive list of new features and innovations to help MR professionals get more out of their online discussion groups while achieving a uncomplicated experience for participants.
"Other than some minor revisions and new color schemes, researchers are basically using the same toolset that came out ten years ago. We developed Delve!T using client feedback combined with our own experience to create tools that dramatically aid researchers in probing for deeper insights while making online discussion groups even easier to conduct.", Jamie Headrick, President, Lidlow Worldwide Inc.
Lidlow Worldwide Inc. has stated that its new software has been designed with ease of use in mind for all type of users, so clients, researchers, recruiters and, of course, participants can have better overall experiences with online research. The platform has all the basic features of other online Qualitative applications but is loaded with helpful additions such as Delve!NotesT and Delve!FlagsT; features that allows moderators to speed up their analysis by adding notes and flagging responses in their transcripts in real-time instead of doing all analysis post-research. Other helpful additions include descriptive titles for each section of the application to reduce new-user confusion, simple-question summaries so all users can easily see which question they are answering and WYSIWYG text editing to make text entry more like using common word processor applications.
Clients and researchers alike that have previewed the technology have raved about their success using the new platform. Full service research firm Harris Interactive has lent their input during the design of the software and have helped refine the service by using the platform for the last year.
"Lidlow Worldwide Inc. is my preferred vendor for online discussion group platforms. I don't know what I would do without him!!(Jamie Headrick)", Linda Magin, Qualitative Manager/Moderator, Harris Interactive Inc.
